PUBLICATION MALPRACTICE POLICY

By submitting a manuscript to Axis Juris International Journal, the author(s) confirms that the work is their own, original creation, has not been published elsewhere before, is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that all sources cited in the manuscript that are not the authors’ own have been properly acknowledged.

                                                                                                           1. Editors’ Accountability :

  • Confidentiality – The corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, where applicable, are the only people who should know anything about a manuscript that has been submitted.

                                                                                                    2. Interest conflicts and disclosure :

  • Without the author’s express written approval, the editor and editorial board members will not utilize any unpublished materials revealed in a submitted manuscript for their own study.

                                                                                                              3. Authors’ Obligations :

  • Reporting standards- Original research report authors should include an accurate summary of the work done as well as an objective appraisal of its importance. The underlying data should be appropriately reported in the study. A paper should provide enough detail and references to allow others to reproduce the work. Fraudulent or willfully incorrect remarks are unethical and must be avoided.
  • Basic mistakes in published works- When an author finds a substantial error or inaccuracy in a piece of writing that has already been published, it is the author’s responsibility to contact the journal editor or publisher as soon as possible and work with the editor to get the material retracted or corrected in the form.
  • It is the author’s obligation to confirm that the manuscript hasn’t already been submitted for consideration or publication elsewhere before submitting it. This conduct goes against the idea of fair publication and could have negative repercussions for the authors.
  • It is the author’s duty and responsibility to disclose all the information obtained from other sources that are not the author’s original idea. All authors are required to submit a duly signed copyright form; failure to do so will result in the manuscript (accepted by the double-blind peer review process) not being published.
  • The authors retain the copyright, but others are free to reproduce distribute and exhibit the copy-righted work, as well as derivative works based on it, under specific circumstances.
